With continued use bearings wear, motors burn out, belts wear therefore both Break Fix and Preventive Maintenance programs are important to keep the system operating at maximum efficiency. Success will be determined by the working cooperation between onsite maintenance staff and engineering resources at Axinova.

Designed for the customer with a fully trained team who can operate self-sufficiently in preventative maintenance and basic robot recovery operations.
Basic package comes with all commissioned systems.
Bronze
Package
Designed for customers who have recently had an installation and are working to transition their team to be self-sufficient within the first year.

Silver
Package
Designed for customers who have recently had an installation and are working to transition their team to be self-sufficient within the first 1-2 years.

Gold
Package
Designed for our customers who want to utilize our team as an extension of their own maintenance team with the fastest response times and service available to ensure maximum uptime. This package is designed for manufacturers who do not have staff that are fully trained in the Axinova system maintenance and recovery, but also well suited to those who have multiple shifts or high-demand manufacturing conditions.

Flexible Support
Axinova is committed to working with our customers to design a support program that works for their anticipated needs. These plans will be billed using a time and materials format to be negotiated before support is required.
